Dr. Goldsmith is a native Charlottean thanks to his family‘s business, Lebo’s, which has been a part of South Charlotte since 1923! He went to the Charlotte Jewish Day School for elementary school, Charlotte Country Day middle school and then graduated from Myers Park High School. His wife is from the area too and combined they have 55 family members in the South Charlotte-Matthews-Pineville area, including 8 siblings, all 4 parents, 6 grandparents, and cousins, nieces/nephews, and aunts/uncles galore! They always wanted to return to South Charlotte to be a part of the community they grew up in and Webb & Goldsmith Orthodontics provides that opportunity! For fun, Dr. Goldsmith loves playing with his 2 little children, his dog, cheering on the Carolina Panthers, and all things Tar Heel!
In today’s day and age, it’s important to note that Dr. Goldsmith possesses the necessary skills to serve his South Charlotte patients at the highest level. After earning his BS and DDS at UNC, he spent 3 additional years obtaining his Master’s degree in Orthodontics at UNC, which is considered by many the best orthodontic program in the world. After that, he became ABO Board-certified in orthodontics - exhibiting the highest attainable level of competency in the orthodontic profession that only about 25-30% orthodontists reach. He always strives for excellence!
Specifically, Dr. Goldsmith finds it thrilling to improve lives, both socially and professionally, by giving children and adults beautiful smiles to help them reach their full potential in life. This passion for orthodontics shines through when discussing treatment and options with patients!
