Take the stress out of your first visit by filling out patient forms before you come to our office. Our treatment coordinator will make sure you know which forms you should fill out, and you can download the necessary forms here.
When you arrive at our office, we’ll offer you a beverage and check you in. Our treatment coordinator will review your orthodontic needs and take X-rays. Then you’ll meet with one of our doctors, who will talk with you to determine what kind of treatment plan will meet your goals. You’ll leave with confidence about your treatment plan, what it will cost and how long it will take.
